Vallon

Working with beauty center owners
I meet beauty center owners to learn how they run their business, advise them on operations and set up Vallon for each center. Many of the features below started as a request from one of them.
iPad app
The beauty center works from a native iPad app built in Swift (UIKit). It keeps working when the internet drops (Realm) and prints receipts on Epson thermal printers.

Web booking portal
Customers book their own appointments on the web. Each booking goes straight into the schedule the center sees on the iPad.
Web point of sale
A point-of-sale system built in Laravel. It shares one PHP backend with the iPad app.
ZATCA Phase 2
A direct integration with the Fatoora API, built without middleware: certificate onboarding, signed invoices, QR codes, reporting and clearance. Invoice numbers stay in sequence on every reporting path.
Payments and notifications
Online invoice payment through Tap Payments, buy now pay later through Tabby, and customer notifications through the WhatsApp Business API and SMS.
Wallet loyalty cards
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet loyalty cards that update after every transaction.
Database
A MySQL schema for balances, loyalty points, memberships and shifts, with queries tuned for large customer tables.
